A subscription service offers scalable design capacity that adjusts to your needs, no long-term commitments, ability to pause or cancel anytime and access to multiple designers with diverse skills.

The subscription model eliminates the lengthy recruitment processes, time spent on training and onboarding, management overhead and resource allocation challenges.

Founded by Creative Director Marcello Amora, our team brings 15+ years of experience creating content for leading agencies like AKQA, BBDO, and Ogilvy. Our subscription model gives you access to our entire creative team at an affordable monthly rate.

Our subscription service offers a comprehensive 4-stage production process that spans approximately 20 business days per month. This process covers the entire production pipeline, from initial briefing to final delivery, for a set of advertising videos.

Subscription Plans and Assets
• Standard Plan: 24 assets
• Professional Plan: 48 assets

An asset is defined as any video delivered, including Version A and B, their adaptations, and respective formats.

Project Setup and Initiation

• After plan selection and payment, we set up your project area on Frame.io within 24 hours.
• You'll receive an invitation to join the platform (sign-up is free).
• The project area includes:
- Instruction presentation;
- Briefing file;
- Resources subfolder for uploading materials (logos, photos, videos, music).

Production Process

• First Stage: Briefing and Material Submission
We guide you through the process and suggest a storyboard structure.
You fill out the briefing file with your ideas.
Recommended: Submit briefing and materials within 72 hours of subscription purchase.

• Second Stage: Storyboard (3 business days)
We deliver a storyboard for your review and approval.
Voice over and music examples are suggested at this stage if required.

• Third Stage: Hero Film Production (3 business days)
After storyboard approval, we deliver the Hero Film in multiple formats:
- 16:9
- 9:16
- 4:3
- 1:11

• Fourth Stage: Adaptations (3 business days)
Following review and approval of all assets, we deliver:
- Short Film
- Bumper Film
- Respective formats with final audio mix.

• Final Review and Delivery
If necessary, there's a final review and adjustment round before final approval and delivery.

Important Notes
All versions follow the visual identity and concept of the Hero Film.
Only structural changes, different supers, and voice overs are allowed in adaptations.

This streamlined process ensures efficient production of high-quality advertising videos tailored to your needs within the subscription period.

We understand that a clear and good briefing is essential as a starting point for getting a production pipeline smooth and with no surprises. It helps the revision process to be fast and it helps clients to be secure about what will be done and how it will be done. To achieve that ideal scenario, we reserve two stages to totally focus on concept and ideas, allowing a good timeframe for clients to develop a consistent briefing to submit for us and enough time for us to create a full storyboard to present along with the stock footage, voice overs and music suggestions.

We have integrated free voice over and music to our plans. For the Standard subscription you can select and use only one voice actor and only one song monthly. For the Pro Subscription you can use how many voice actors and songs you want.

Notice that all voice overs included are high quality A.I. trained by professional voice actors and generated by us specially for advertising films.

Our team can also provide you with a stock footage selection of photos and videos for the ads. Just describe what you want at the Briefing stage and we will select and suggest the best fit options for you to choose when reviewing and approving the storyboard.

All licenses are included.

If you want to run A/B testing in your campaign, you can require us to provide you with a slightly different version of each asset. This request needs to be done at the First stage when you will provide us with the first monthly briefing.

The B version might have different supers, voice over, music and background colors. If it's necessary to have an even more distinguished version from the original, we suggest you get the Pro plan, which includes the double of assets or email us contact@designinmotion.club to require a custom plan specially designed for your needs.

All subscription plans include 3 revision sets in a four stage pipeline. The revisions must happen within 48 hours after receiving our work and approvals 24 hours after you get our rework.

The first revision and approval round will be at Storyboard delivery, the second one will be at the delivery of the first cut of Hero Film and the last one will be at the delivery of the second cut and all other adaptations (Short Film and Bumper film).

Additional revisions are charged at $850.00 and can be requested within the current month or subsequent month only.

Structural changes after storyboard approved and/or delayed reviews and approvals will automatically move the production for the next month's pipeline. In this case, the non produced assets from the previous month will not accumulate with the assets of the current month. The unfinished assets will be considered part of the current month's production. If you need more time to review or to approve at any adjustment rounds, just request to pause your subscription.

All subscriptions can be paused anytime. Let's say you don't have the right logo or a product shot is delayed. Maybe you need more time to think about the revision or present the campaign for stakeholders. There is no problem at all. The billing cycle is monthly but the production is always divided into 4 stages. So you can simply request to pause the subsequent stage. Let's say you brief us and upload all necessary materials (first stage) and then we start working on Design and Storyboard (second stage) and after we deliver the storyboard to review and approval, you then realize that you can't review it within 48 hours. Well you can just pause the next stage's production before the 48 hours limit for how long you want and once you are back you can unpause it, review the pending stage and start the third and forth remaining stages and your subscription will continue as normal for the next month.  After unpausing, there's a 48-hour waiting period before pausing again. Billing cycle adjusts automatically when paused.

Our A.I. Solution is only available for Pro Subscription.
We select the best A.I. tools available on the market to offer you an integrated solution where you will be able to request us to generate images to use in your videos.
Save time with all those unexpected results and save all money spent with credits trying different prompts till you get satisfying images from an A.I. tool, all by yourself. Let this time-consuming and complex pipeline with our team which are specialized in getting the best of A.I. tools, combining them to extract the best result possible.
You will be able to: create images from text, transfer style, upscale and expand photos and videos, increase video fps and create slow motion effects, lip sync text to video, rotoscope subjects on video and create amazing VFXs.
With our Pro Subscription, you will have up to 3 A.I. requests every month. They must be mentioned and explained at the briefing stage and the review and approval process will happen along with the Design and Storyboard stage.
It's important noticing that due the nature of the A.I. generation, we can't guarantee to generate images with 100% fidelity of the initial concept or idea but we'll do our best to extract the most satisfying result out of it.

Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (After Effect, Audition, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Illustrator).

Our subscription services only provided you with the final assets. Which means the final videos exported in their respective formats for instance an .mov or .mp4, but you can request the open files with an additional fee.
We understand that the open files are intellectual property of the production company and 50% of the subscription price will be charged if requested.
The request can be done at the end of every month period.

We don't cover live-action video production, creative campaign concept, script and copywriting development, big design requests as visual identities, key visuals or brand and logo creation. 3D in general, like modeling, texturing, renders are also not covered by any of our subscriptions. Although we try our best to develop and deliver high-quality advertising videos to our clients, there is always the possibility that the client may not like it. However, we are committed to working hard to ensure this never happens.
To guarantee your satisfaction we have a pipeline where you will be able to review the storyboard before we start working on the videos, and after that you will have 2 revision and adjustment rounds to make sure the videos will be like you want.
Remember that you are hiring a very specialized and experienced production company to develop your advertising videos. We have been working with amazing talents and the best resources for a long time and the whole production pipeline was designed to achieve the best quality in terms of design, creativity and technical standards.
